The big day is here and order fulfillment has gone well. All domestic and international orders placed before August 20th have now shipped. 24 April 2021: ACCEPTING PRE-ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
The book is now available for pre-order on this website. Pre-order copies will be hand-signed by the author and will ship in late July. Initial orders have been swift and public reaction has been very positive. For those outside the USA, I’m currently working on a method to fulfill international orders. If you don’t have a US address, please e-mail rob@fitzandvan.com and I will notify you via e-mail when international shipping becomes available.
23 April 2021: AUTHOR’S FIRST PRINTED SAMPLE ARRIVES
I just received one unbound copy of the actual printed book. After 4 rounds of color proofs, it looks fabulous. The images are sharp, the color is spot-on accurate, the type looks great, and the paper is really nice. In short, after 3 years of obsessive-compulsive effort, the book is everything I hoped it would be. It will now be bound, packed, and shipped. This process will take quite a while, but the book is now a reality.
21 April 2021: THE BOOK HAS BEEN PRINTED
I just got word that 1,000 copies have been printed, and an unbound copy is on its way to me via FedEx for approval. I will review it to be sure that everything looks as good in the final printed copies as it did in the proofs. If so, all 1,000 copies will be bound.
